I  am  a  storyteller

MJ Johnson is a documentary filmmaker who was born and raised in Japan. She currently works as a editor on a six part investigative documentary series. She has worked as a local reporter for the San Francisco Examiner and KQED, and created video content for The Oregonian. She received her B.A. in Journalism from San Francisco State University and master's degree at UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, with a concentration in documentary filmmaking.
